Privacy policy

Japa Chronicles is a product of Baron Foundry Limited. In this policy, "we" means Baron Foundry Limited.

We store your account, your saved games, your scores, your purchases, and the ideas and bug reports you send. We do not collect your location.

We record what happens in the game, such as which screens you open, to see how it is played. We delete these records after 13 months and keep only daily totals.

Ideas stay on the Big Board. Closed bug reports are deleted once they are 12 months old.

If you tick the box when you report a bug, we also store your browser details. We do not store them otherwise, and the app does not collect screenshots.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we store only your email address and use it only to send you news about the game. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your address.

You can delete your account in Settings. We remove it within 30 days. Our payment provider, the company that handles card payments for us, keeps its own records of your payments.

You enter your birth year when you sign up. If you are under 18, you choose from ready-made phrases instead of typing your own text when you send ideas or bug reports.
